Taylor Poston is the President of Finance & Accounting Solutions at Versique, overseeing both the Professional and Interim Solutions teams. With over 20 years of experience across public accounting, corporate finance, and executive recruiting, Taylor partners with clients to solve complex talent challenges and align finance leadership with evolving business needs. His strategic, consultative approach delivers impactful results—particularly during periods of growth, transformation, or organizational change.
Taylor began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before holding key finance roles at Cargill and ConAgra. Prior to joining Versique, he spent 14 years at a global professional search firm, where he co-led the Finance Interim Solutions practice and worked with a wide range of companies, from Fortune 500s to mid-market organizations. He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management.
Outside Versique, Taylor lives in Minnetonka with his wife and two sons. He enjoys traveling, tennis, pickleball, snowboarding, hiking, and cheering on the Timberwolves year-round.
If you weren’t working at Versique, what would you be doing?
Operating a snorkeling stand on a tropical island.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Switzerland. Most beautiful place I have ever been with an amazing blend of French, German, and Italian culture.
What is your favorite memory?
Hiking in Yellowstone with my family. There are certain places on the planet where you feel closer to heaven, and Yellowstone is one of them.
