Versique Hires Former CFO to Lead Finance & Accounting Direct Hire Practice
Versique Search and Consulting, the hiring leader in Minneapolis across Interim, Direct Hire, and Executive Search areas, has hired Randy Gallatin as the Practice Director for the Finance & Accounting Direct Hire division. Randy will succeed the previous Finance and Accounting Direct Hire leader, Joe Reardon, who recently transitioned into the Executive Search division within Versique.
“We’re very pleased to welcome Randy to our team at Versique and know he’ll bring significant value from day one,” said Steve Yakesh, President of Executive Search and Direct Hire at Versique. “Much like our other Practice Leaders here, Randy has outstanding practitioner experience as a long-time finance leader and is well connected in the industry. I personally look forward to working closely with Randy to expand our offering and continue to bring value to businesses and Finance and Accounting talent in Minnesota.”
Gallatin joins Versique as a former CFO and Finance Leader in the Twin Cities area. Most recently, Randy served as the CFO for Supply Chain Services, LLC in Oakdale, MN. He was responsible for all strategic financial planning as well as tracking cash flow and business modeling. A Minnesota native, Randy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Saint Mary’s University and holds a MMI Certificate from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
“I’m very excited to join a forward-thinking company with such strong core values at Versique,” said Gallatin. “I’ve always enjoyed working within the Finance & Accounting field, but I also have a great passion for working with people and helping them succeed in their careers. As the Practice Director at Versique, this will be the perfect way for me to combine my experience with my passion.”
