Partner closely with senior leaders and HR to create learning experiences that align with the company's goals and culture, and foster the growth of current and future leaders across the organization. The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on—someone who can design, deliver, and measure impactful learning experiences that build skills, support top talent, and boost overall effectiveness.
Worksite Location- Hybrid in Edina, MN.
Salary Range - $90,000 - $110,000/yr + bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess leadership development needs using data, performance trends, and stakeholder feedback
- Design and lead programs for all levels—emerging leaders to senior execs
- Continuously improve programs through feedback and results tracking
- Align initiatives with company values, culture, and strategic goals
- Partner with HR to support Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for high-potential talent
- Provide tools, resources, and coaching to support leader growth at all levels
- Identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization
- Stay current on learning trends, tools, and strategies to keep programs fresh and effective
- Use data to measure training impact and inform improvements
- Lead change management for new learning initiatives to ensure strong adoption
- Mentor junior L&D team members to build internal expertise
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years designing and running engaging courses for all leadership levels and individual contributors
- Skilled at coaching and consulting with leaders and execs on leadership growth
- Experienced in figuring out training needs and matching learning solutions to business goals
- Great at building trust and influencing senior leaders with a consultative approach
- Tech-savvy with eLearning, managing LMS platforms, using analytics, and collaborating via tools like Microsoft Teams
- Strong facilitator, coach, and consultant for leaders at every level
- Deep understanding of how adults learn and how to design effective training (think ADDIE, SAM)
- Proven track record leading big learning projects with senior leadership buy-in
- An analytical thinker who focuses on measuring training success and business impact
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experienced with project management tools like Monday.com
- Skilled in eLearning tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia
- LMS admin experience; bonus points for knowing 360Learning or Workday
