Liv Sampair is a Director of Client Partnerships within the HR Interim Solutions team at Versique. With a background spanning healthcare, full-desk recruiting, and leadership, Liv brings a unique blend of relationship-building, business development, and operational expertise to her clients. She partners with organizations to deliver flexible HR talent solutions, drawing on her experience managing both client relationships and recruiting efforts from start to finish.

Prior to joining Versique, Liv advanced from a full-desk recruiter to Director of Account Management and Operations within a startup staffing environment. In that role, she led client partnerships, business development, recruiting strategy, and operational initiatives while helping organizations solve critical talent challenges. Her career journey reflects a passion for continuous learning, embracing new opportunities, and helping others navigate periods of growth and change. In her short time at Versique, Liv has been inspired by the organization’s commitment to giving back, seeing community involvement lived out daily rather than treated as a talking point.

Outside of work, Liv lives in Mahtomedi with her husband of 21 years and their four children. A proud hockey family, Liv spends much of her free time cheering on her kids both on and off the ice. She has also been an instructor at Life Time for over 18 years and enjoys beginning her days with her 5 a.m. class. Whether she’s staying active, spending time on the water, or supporting her family, Liv brings the same energy, dedication, and positive mindset to every aspect of her life.
