Executive Facilitator

This Executive Facilitator opportunity is ideal for a seasoned consultant who thrives in guiding senior leadership through meaningful, high?impact conversations. You’ll work closely with top executives to shape strategic discussions and create alignment during a pivotal planning period. If you’re skilled at facilitating complex dialogue and bringing clarity to evolving priorities, this role offers a unique and influential engagement.

 

The Executive Facilitator will partner with senior leadership to design and deliver strategic offsite sessions focused on alignment, planning, and team effectiveness. This role will guide agenda development, facilitate discussions, and help translate executive priorities into actionable outcomes. The consultant will also provide thought partnership to leadership, leveraging prior team development insights while introducing fresh perspective to support future initiatives.

Worksite Location: Hybrid – St. Paul, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $80-$100, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with executive leadership to design and facilitate strategic offsite sessions
  • Collaborate on defining session objectives, outcomes, and structured agendas
  • Facilitate discussions that drive alignment on business priorities and future direction
  • Synthesize insights from prior leadership development efforts and team feedback
  • Guide senior leaders through productive, focused conversations
  • Support planning and facilitation of broader leadership team sessions
  • Provide thought partnership on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational focus
  • Incorporate leadership assessments or development tools where applicable
  • Deliver summaries, key takeaways, and actionable next steps following sessions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience facilitating executive level teams and strategic discussions
  • Strong background in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or executive consulting
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder dynamics
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools preferred
  • Ability to adapt approach based on evolving leadership needs
  • Strong project management skills to oversee planning and execution of sessions
