Sr HR Manager / Director
Worksite Location: Rosemount, MN – Onsite 5 days a week
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 (depends on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals, driving engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
• Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Partner with leadership on compensation, benefits, and performance management processes
• Develop HR metrics and reporting to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness
• Support organizational development initiatives, including structure, processes, and workforce planning
• Promote training and development programs and a culture of continuous learning
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
• Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Lead employment policy development in partnership with senior leadership
• Manage HR department budget and align resources with organizational priorities
• Provide strong people leadership, coaching, and development to the HR team
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR technologies preferred
