As the Change Management Lead, you will develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of organizational changes. You will work closely with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure that changes are smoothly integrated into the business environment. Your primary focus will be on people and ensuring they are prepared, equipped, and supported through the change process.

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN– Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking Minnesota / Twin Cities based candidate only.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support and ensure a shared understanding of the change.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver training programs that address the skill gaps resulting from the change.
  • Proactively identify and address resistance to change, providing coaching and support to individuals and teams.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of change initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of change management processes, lessons learned, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:  
  • Proven experience as a Change Management Lead or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
