Interim Recruiter
The Interim Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a mix of non-exempt and exempt roles during a period of increased demand and team transition. This role will focus heavily on sourcing and recruiting for high volume positions while partnering closely with hiring leaders and the broader TA team. The consultant will play a key role in maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and supporting onboarding continuity.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – South Twin Cities metro, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume non-exempt roles and select exempt positions
- Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn across multiple markets
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for operational and customer-facing roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Screen candidates and guide them through the hiring process
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to support overall hiring goals
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and workflows within the ATS
- Provide consistent communication and updates to stakeholders
- Support hiring continuity during a team leave and onboarding transition
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in high?volume environments
- Experience recruiting non-exempt roles required
- Strong sourcing skills across job boards and recruiting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with ATS platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience within financial services or similar industries is a plus
