The Interim TA Specialist will provide part-time support to the Talent Acquisition function, primarily focused on interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring leaders and external recruiting partners. With a high-volume of active roles globally, this consultant will help alleviate administrative workload so leadership can stay focused on strategic hiring initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone experienced in TA coordination who is comfortable managing moving pieces, communicating proactively, and maintaining accuracy within ATS systems.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $30-$40, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring leaders, and third-party recruiting partners
Manage scheduling logistics, including occasional travel coordination for key in-person interviews
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within ATS systems
Communicate professionally and proactively with candidates and internal stakeholders
Support light sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques as needed
Assist the TA leader in keeping hiring processes organized and on track

Required Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in TA Specialist duties or recruiting support
Strong scheduling and stakeholder coordination experience, including third-party partners
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
Experience working within an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and HR systems (UKG a plus)
Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
