The Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition support during a temporary leave of absence. This role will focus on candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring manager partnership, and maintaining recruiting processes for a variety of business functions. The ideal consultant brings strong recruiting fundamentals, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn and follow established hiring processes.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Twin Cities Metro

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $25-$35, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage recruiting activities across multiple open positions
Review applications and screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Maintain candidate communication and provide timely follow-up
Support recruiting workflows, scheduling, and process administration
Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS
Assist with hiring process coordination and talent acquisition reporting
Support additional recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience
Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills
Experience supporting hiring managers and coordinating recruiting processes
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ATS platforms; UKG experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and work independently
