Senior ERP Data Analyst
We’re partnering with an established global organization seeking a Senior ERP Data Analyst to support and improve the critical data that powers business operations across the organization.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great data is about more than accuracy, it directly impacts how effectively teams across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other areas operate.
You’ll work across ERP, CRM, and connected business applications to maintain critical business data, troubleshoot data-quality issues, improve processes, and identify opportunities for greater consistency and automation. You’ll also have the opportunity to become a trusted subject matter expert and play an important role in strengthening data practices across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst or data specialist who is ready to expand their ownership, become a go-to subject matter expert, and have greater influence over how enterprise data is managed across the business.
Worksite Location: St. Paul, MNWork environment: Hybrid in-office 3 days/ week
Salary: $100k-$115k/yr base salary

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain business-critical data within ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Work across key data areas including customer, supplier, and vendor supplier, product & material pricing, and asset information.
- Monitor data quality and investigate discrepancies, errors, and recurring data issues.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure information is accurate, consistent, and usable.
- Support pricing-related data, including price lists, discounts, and related commercial information.
- Help establish and improve data standards, processes, documentation, and governance practices.
- Identify root causes behind data issues and develop solutions that reduce or prevent recurring problems.
- Work across ERP, CRM, and other connected systems to improve consistency and flow of information.
- Support data controls, documentation, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving data, business processes, systems, and automation.
- 3+ years of experience working with master data, ERP data, data quality, or enterprise data management.
- Hands-on experience maintaining and managing data within an ERP or other large-scale enterprise system.
- Knowledge of key data domains such as customer, supplier/vendor, product/material, or pricing data.
- Exposure to workflow automation, system integrations, APIs, or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or another complex business environment is preferred.
