- Define and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities.
- Lead application development, systems integration, automation, and enterprise analytics programs.
- Build and mature Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery practices.
- Champion business intelligence, KPI development, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
- Drive adoption of trusted data and technology solutions across the organization.
- Lead and develop a team of managers, engineers, analysts, and technical partners.
- Influence strategic decisions through technology innovation, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
You are a visionary technology leader who can balance strategic planning with execution. You understand how to translate complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions and can effectively communicate with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
Ideal Background:
- 8+ years of experience leading software, applications, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years leading technical teams and developing talent.
- Strong experience with enterprise applications, data and analytics, cloud technologies, integrations, and automation.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, SDLC, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience building roadmaps, managing technology portfolios, and delivering measurable business value.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
