IT Systems Analyst
Mendota Heights, MN – REMOTE
We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support and optimize an organization's 8x8 phone platform and customer service operations. This individual will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the system, developing dashboards, reporting troubleshooting issues, and providing recommendations that improve performance and visibility.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys solving problems, and can collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the platform is operating effectively.
Worksite Location: Mendota Heights, MN – REMOTE
Hourly Rate: $35-45 DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and support the 8x8 phone system.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics that provide leadership with visibility into call center and customer service trends.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the 8x8 platform and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Ensure the platform is configured properly and aligned with business requirements.
- Analyze call and performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for operational improvements.
- Partner with leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting 8x8 partner portal.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Experienced in supporting customer service, contact centers, or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
