The Interim HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR coverage supporting a well known manufacturing organization. This consultant will manage end-to-end HR administrative responsibilities and confidently navigate LOA considerations in partnership with a third-party administrator to keep things running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable operating independently while maintaining strong communication with leadership and employees.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $35-$40, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR administration for small manufacturing organization
Process new hires, terminations, and employee file updates in Paylocity
Administer benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and employee support
Manage and coordinate leaves of absence in collaboration with a third-party administrator
Support light/full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, LinkedIn Lite sourcing, drafting job ads, and backfill hiring as needed
Provide responsive HR support to managers and employees across a variety of HR matters

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong HR Generalist experience with end-to-end HR administrative execution
Proven, hands-on experience with Paylocity
Benefits administration experience including vendor partnership and employee support
Experience managing leaves of absence and coordinating with third-party administrators
Comfortable supporting light recruiting and job posting activities
