This Interim Leadership Development Coach will provide targeted, one-on-one coaching to two senior leaders, focusing on building foundational leadership capabilities and enhancing overall effectiveness. This includes coaching leadership professionals with deep organizational knowledge who are looking to strengthen their leadership approach in areas such as communication, delegation, team collaboration, and openness to new ideas.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Southeast Suburbs, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $65-$80, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one executive coaching to two senior leaders
Assess leadership strengths and development areas to create tailored coaching plans
Coach on core leadership competencies including communication, delegation, trust-building, and team collaboration
Support leaders in navigating organizational growth, change, and evolving expectations
Encourage adoption of positive leadership behaviors, including openness to feedback and new ideas
Provide actionable feedback and tools to enhance leadership effectiveness
Align periodically with leadership stakeholders to share progress and insights

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in executive coaching and leadership development
Experience coaching tenured leaders transitioning into senior leadership roles
Strong background in foundational leadership competencies (communication, delegation, team building, change management)
Ability to influence behavior change and build trust with senior leaders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible, adaptable coaching style tailored to individual needs
Experience working in growing or operationally focused organizations preferred
