This Interim Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support for a manufacturing organization while focusing heavily on sourcing and hiring high-volume production roles. Reporting into the HR leader, this role will ensure recruiting continuity, maintain hiring momentum, and support workforce needs during a key transition. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who can jump in quickly and operate with confidence.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Northwest metro, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $35-$45, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume production roles
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and additional channels
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and drive hiring outcomes
Collaborate with a third-party vendor supporting production recruiting
Manage requisitions and candidate tracking within HRIS
Maintain a strong, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or production environments
Experience managing high-volume hiring and vendor partnerships
Hands-on familiarity with Paycom or similar ATS/HRIS platforms
Strong sourcing skills across Indeed and LinkedIn
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Confident communicator who partners effectively with managers and HR leadership
