Interim Senior Human Resources Generalist
The Interim Senior HR Generalist will support full-scope HR operations across a multi-state workforce, acting as a key resource for employees, managers, and the HR team. This role will focus on benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, HR systems, and overall employee lifecycle support, while also contributing to key HR projects and initiatives.
Worksite Location: Hybrid - HQ in Atlanta, GA, but candidate must be local to the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area for onsite meetings here as needed.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day HR operations across benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries
- Administer benefits programs and partner with brokers/vendors to resolve issues
- Manage leave of absence programs and related employee questions
- Support employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Generate HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including required filings
- Support immigration processes in partnership with external counsel
- Contribute to HR projects such as compensation reviews, talent assessments, and policy updates
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased efficiency
- Partner with HR team to support engagement initiatives and employee experience efforts
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Strong experience in benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations
- Experience managing leave of absence programs and employee lifecycle processes
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR data/reporting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams and levels
- Experience supporting compensation cycles and talent assessment processes preferred
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HR systems is a plus
