Senior HR Manager (ID:45440)
We seek a Senior HR Manager to work alongside the CEO and CFO to implement and execute human capital initiatives. This role will create policies and procedures that support the company's growth. A big part of this role will be creating a solid recruiting strategy and onboarding process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with department managers to identify hiring needs
  • Fostering a pipeline of qualified candidates for sales positions, as well as occasional operations and management positions
  • Screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
  • Onboarding new Team Members
  • Monitoring new hire and Team Member training and development progress
  • Off-boarding departing Team Members
  • Partnering with leadership to define and execute our human capital and talent strategy
  • Overseeing the daily workflow of the Human Resources function
  • Formalize Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Managing benefit programs and enrollments
  • Managing Personal Time-Off schedules and programs
  • Facilitating an annual performance review program and compensation reviews
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Facilitating employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for Sales roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • A bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, communications, psychology, or any other related field is preferred.
  • At least four years of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding experience is highly preferred.
