Interim Campus Recruiter

This Interim Recruiter opportunity is designed for a dedicated TA professional who thrives in managing high-volume recruiting efforts for early talent roles. You will play a key part in sourcing, engaging, and guiding candidates through the hiring process, supporting an organization’s growth and talent development initiatives. The Interim Campus Recruiter will support recruiting efforts for internship and entry-level positions, focusing on sourcing, candidate engagement, and process coordination. This role involves partnering with internal teams to develop strategies, review large candidate pools, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding. It’s an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and make a measurable impact.

Worksite Location: Hybrid – Golden Valley, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $30-$40, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams to understand staffing needs and support recruitment strategy development
  • Source and screen large pools of candidates for various roles
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates
  • Assist in providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support tracking and reporting of recruitment activities and metrics
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in outreach and engagement activities, including campus events and recruiting initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High-volume, fast-paced recruiting experience
  • Experience managing large candidate pools and guiding hiring decisions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and leadership
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Supportive of diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
