Interim HR Business Partner
The Interim HR Business Partner will provide support by partnering with leaders across a regional client group to deliver day-to-day HR guidance. This role emphasizes coaching managers, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring alignment with HR policies and programs. The consultant will collaborate with internal HR teams and centers of expertise to maintain continuity and help leaders effectively manage their teams during a period of transition.
Worksite Location: Hybrid - Twin Cities metro, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $50-$60, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness
- Support mid-year and annual performance review processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping navigate organizational and people challenges
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve engagement and team performance
- Collaborate with HR teams and centers of expertise to implement programs and initiatives
- Support change management efforts and organizational transitions
- Assist with workforce planning, headcount alignment, and approvals
- Provide guidance on compensation, performance, and employee lifecycle matters
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting business leaders
- Experience working with sales or field-based teams strongly preferred
- Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating across HR teams
- Experience supporting performance management and employee relations
- Strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-through
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday or similar) preferred
- Solid business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
