The Interim HR Business Partner will provide partnership to HR leadership to maintain continuity across people programs and systems. This role will focus on learning management systems, performance management processes, and HR reporting/compliance, while also contributing to broader HRBP responsibilities. The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support system initiatives, and drive consistency across HR programs.

Worksite Location: Hybrid – North Twin Cities metro

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $42-$52, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Partner with HR leadership to support ongoing HR Business Partner initiatives
Support learning management system (LMS) administration, updates, and potential transition efforts
Assist with performance management processes and potential system implementation
Manage and support organizational recognition programs and tools
Provide reporting and tracking for compliance areas such as OSHA, workers’ compensation, and other regulatory requirements
Maintain and support HR systems, including HRIS and performance platforms
Assist with training content updates and system inputs for learning programs
Partner cross functionally with HR, leadership, and operations teams

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven HR Business Partner experience with a blend of strategic and operational responsibilities
Strong experience with HR systems, LMS platforms, and performance management tools
Experience supporting compliance reporting and HR data tracking
Ability to manage multiple priorities across systems, programs, and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience working with HRIS platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt quickly and support evolving HR needs
