Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Leadership Coach to join their team. The Interim Leadership Coach will guide, support, and coach senior executives, managers, and emerging leaders. This individual will work closely with leaders to identify areas for growth, develop action plans, and implement strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN / Hybrid Opportunity

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to senior executives to enhance leadership capabilities, decision-making skills, and overall performance.
  • Design and deliver customized leadership development programs, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions, tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify performance gaps and develop strategies to address them effectively, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and accountability frameworks.
  • Facilitate team workshops and offsite meetings to foster collaboration, communication, and alignment among leadership teams and departments.
  • Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies to gather feedback, assess leadership competencies, and track progress over time.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR partners, and external consultants, to ensure that coaching initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a leadership coach, executive coach, or organizational development consultant.
  • Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF, IAC, EMCC) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of leadership theories, behavioral psychology, and change management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all coaching engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
