Lead the finance department of a home healthcare company as a dynamic Finance & Accounting Manager with an eye for process improvement. Seamlessly manage budgets, streamline processes, and optimize financial performance to empower our mission of delivering exceptional care to our community.
The Finance Manager plans and directs all accounting operational functions, accumulates and consolidates financial data for internal and external financial statements and reporting, evaluates accounting and internal control systems, and leads departmental staff.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including preparation of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliation & G/L analysis
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable and payroll processing
  • Drive FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, and decision analysis to support strategic financial planning
  • Direct Supervision of the Billing and Payroll divisions
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to prepare and own financial and KPI reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals
  • Manage banking, compliance, insurance, and vendor relationships
  • Manage payroll administration and partner with HR and benefit broker on company benefits packages, including health insurance, HSA, and 401k Plan.
  • Oversee year-end insurance and benefits audits and renewals, ensuring compliance and continuous coverage
  • Develop financial/accounting policies and procedures, increasing efficiency and implementing relevant controls
  • Support improvement of Program and administration performance, including project management and maintenance for new or upgraded systems

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 3+ years of accounting/financial management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Prior experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks preferred
  • Strong project management with exceptional organizational skills and a bias for execution 
  • Advanced Office skills: able to design advanced Excel spreadsheets necessary to analyze data
  • Ability to effectively use strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to Ability to maintain good employee relations and morale 
  • Must be able to prioritize duties, have organizational skills, and meet deadline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
Physical Requirements:
  • Sit, stand, walk, bend, and move intermittently during working hours
