Roles & Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and forecasts.
- Project Accounting: Manage project costs and revenue recognition.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain the accuracy of the ledger.
- Accounts Payable Management: Maintain vendor ledger and oversee payables process.
- Payroll: bi-weekly salary and hourly payroll management
- Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations.
- Audit Support: Facilitate external audits and implement improvements.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain control procedures.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to special initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of accounting experience, construction industry preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability in a fast-paced environment.
