Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator will step in to provide critical onboarding support during a transition period. This role is heavily focused on managing complex, compliance driven onboarding requirements for new hires across multiple locations. You’ll support candidates, hiring managers, and the TA team by coordinating testing, background checks, and communication—ensuring a seamless, white glove onboarding experience.
Worksite Location: Onsite – East Metro Area, MN
Salary Range:?Hourly rate between $25-$40, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding coordination for new hires
- Ensure completion of all required onboarding steps, including physical ability testing, drug screens, background checks, and other role?specific requirements
- Partner with clinics across Minnesota and Iowa, including frequent communication and faxing with rural providers
- Track onboarding progress closely to ensure all requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Provide high touch, white glove communication to candidates throughout the onboarding process
- Maintain constant communication with hiring managers, recruiters, and team members
- Manage onboarding workflows and documentation within Workday
- Support onboarding for mechanics, laborers, warehouse, and field based roles
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and unique onboarding scenarios
- Ensure compliance with medical privacy and HIPAA related requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience focused primarily on onboarding coordination
- Strong attention to detail with proven follow through and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating pre-employment testing and background checks
- Comfort working in an admin heavy, process driven role
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows simultaneously
- Experience partnering with external clinics or vendors preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred
- Workday experience ideal
- Ability to pivot and remain flexible in a fast moving, high volume environment
