Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide recruiting support due to a surge in hiring needs, with a primary focus on high volume, field based recruiting for a range of industry-related roles. This consultant will focus heavily on screening and sourcing, partnering closely with the HR team to move qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process. This role is well suited for a hands-on recruiter who can jump in quickly and help address urgent staffing needs across multiple locations.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – East St. Paul area, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $30-$40, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume screening and sourcing for select roles
- Manage large candidate pipelines and move qualified candidates efficiently through early hiring stages
- Source candidates using multiple job platforms and recruiting channels
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to align on hiring priorities
- Maintain consistent communication on candidate status and pipeline progress
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking within the ATS
- Support urgent, business?critical hiring needs with speed and accuracy
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with high-volume candidate screening
- Background recruiting or sourcing for field?based roles strongly preferred
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple job boards and platforms
- Experience working in fast-paced, high demand hiring environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams to meet aggressive hiring goals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting workflows
