Interim Recruiter
The Interim Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of construction and field-based roles, including project management, engineering, safety, and pre-construction positions. This consultant will partner closely with the TA team and hiring managers to manage the recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process. The role will focus heavily on strategic sourcing, pipeline development, and stakeholder partnership, requiring strong expertise in identifying and engaging passive talent.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for construction and field-based roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruiting strategies
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Manage candidate pipeline from intake through offer and onboarding
- Recruit for roles such as Project Managers, Project Engineers, Safety Directors, Scheduling Managers, and MEP-focused positions
- Support hiring for specialized areas including mission critical, office/site construction, and data center projects
- Collaborate with TA team members to align on hiring priorities and execution
- Ensure a strong candidate experience through clear communication and follow-through
- Track and manage recruiting activity within Workday ATS
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within construction or related industries
- Experience recruiting for technical, field-based roles (e.g., PMs, Engineers, Safety, Pre-Con, MEP)
- Strong sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive candidates
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build trust and partner effectively with hiring managers and TA teams
